CMA facilitates the Annual Employee Retreat for Polk County Utilities

Well, we just can't stop having fun with our clients. On January 31st and February 1st, the CMA Team shared its innovative training excursions with 220+ employees of all levels at the Circle Bar Wildlife Reserve.

The CMA Team brought the topic of Diversity and Inclusion with Teams to the 4 groups facilitated. Activities included being able to process how we filter individuals who are different from how we look and think. Also, in the session, we used Dominos to address the need for inclusion and how when everyone buys into the process, great things happen.
