Gail P. Birks, EMBA, LMBB, IATA
President/CEO
Ms. Birks has over 35+ years of professional and entrepreneurial experience.  She is a nationally recognized Consultant and Trainer with extensive experience in managing Organizational and Cultural Transformation Teams Engagements throughout business and industry.  She  has also served nearly 25 years as an Independent Corporate Board of Director.  Ms. Birks is a  formally trained and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and provides certification services and project coaching for candidates from white belt to master black.   She is a formally trained Mediator  and uses this skill when facilitating sessions in Leadership and Unconscious Bias for her clients. 
 
Ms. Birks has a Executive MBA in Business Administration and Strategic Management as well as other degrees and Certifications.  She is also an authorized practitioner with  DiSC Personal Assessments.

Oliver J. Williams, Jr., MS, LSSGB
Managing Director
Mr. Williams has extensive experience in equity investment and municipal bond transactions.    Over the past 30 years he has been the Lead Principal for SEC/NASD Focus Reporting, heading Investment Banking Teams in the areas of municipal finance, pension fund consulting, corporate public offerings and overall business development.  Engagements included:  securities sales, trading, underwriting, institutional and accredited investor relations, business development, pension fund performance measurement, analyzing performance of fund money managers, financial advisement.
 
Mr. Williams holds a BS degree from Florida State University in Finance and completed post-graduate work from The Donald Regan Institute (Merrill Lynch Proprietary Education Program).
