When I think about the early days of CMA, I remember how it was a time of Trials and Lots of Errors. Fast forward 31 years and numerous lessons learned, I am excited to share that we are now offering two tracks of Practitioner's Master Class for Sustainable Success.
Both Excursions are designed to give you the confidence and toolbox that will support your internal and/or contracted initiatives. The tools are transferrable and are adaptable in any size or type of organization.
If you are an independent practitioner, key to your success is understanding your "style of leading" people and initiatives. The diagram below is a sampling of the process that we use to tailor your implementation strategies. We find that knowing your style of how you process people encounters and other situations will raise your success levels and ultimately the sustainability of your engagements. Identify your dominant character style below. On a Special Note, we have all of them comprising our character.
Advancers - The Spokesperson, a Communicator
Facilitators - The one who identifies alternatives and sees solutions to reality
Creators - The Innovators in building creative strategies
Refiners - The Analyzers/Compliance. We refer to analyzers as the "keepers of the data"
Executor - The Implementer. Doesn't worry too much about details
Whether you are experiencing the program in 1.0 or 2.0, this is your starting point. In 2.0 we also look at the group culture, because synergy is essential to your overall success as a collective.
