This is a series of 4 modules focused on "Time and Resource Management" in the series  called   Leaders Guiding Leaders for Sustainable Success. 

The objective for this session is to introduce participants to the practical and proven tools such as  the DiSC Time and Resource Mastery Assessment that you will need to complete prior to the session. 

  Topics in this 1-1.5 hour session include...

•Explore why we wait or find the excuse to do/not do. 

•Raise awareness of the “Why” in Why do we procrastinate. 

•Set strategies on realistic goals and building a new script to manage our time. 

•Explore the “D-word” that we refer to as Delegation. 

•Learning how to “Just Say No” is not always a bad thing

•Other considerations: Risk Management and resource Management DiSC Time Master interpretation

Intended outcomes:

    •Explore why we either wait until the final moment or find the excuse to do/not do. 

    •Raise awareness of the “Why” in Why do we procrastinate. And as leaders, we need to set not only the tone, but the example when it comes to moving the needle forward. 

• Build a stronger discipline for managing time and your resources for sustainable success with a new tool box.
