About the Event
This two and a half to three-day  or  16-20 hour equivalency course is designed to provide a broad understanding of the Lean Six Sigma improvement methodology, concepts, and language, along with a complete toolbox of basic process improvement methods applied within a Six Sigma framework, including Business Process Management and Process mapping. The course is structured to introduce the use of Lean at the Yellow Belt level with the overall process of critical thinking and problem solving.
This course is for students, professionals, individuals in transition, entrepreneurs. In Short... anyone who desires to grow in the knowledge of holistic planning and strategy.
The class begins January 7th and ends January 21st. Each session is approximately four (4) hours.
