Product Return Policy
Thanks for shopping at CMA Enterprise Incorporated (CMA). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our excursions are inspected prior to you receiving them to make sure that they are in perfect condition for your “journey”. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. CMA gives store credit and exchanges only. This applies only to the purchased item. Multiple exchanges under the same purchase is prohibited. To be eligible for store credit, your request must:
Be received within the 30 calendar days
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it (if ordered a hard copy excursion).
Be in the original packaging.
Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
CMA offers exchanges only. Once we have received your item/request as stated above, we will exchange it for another item or give you store credit towards another purchase of equal value. We will notify you of receiving your exchange request as soon as it is received within 48 hours. You can receive your exchange at any time. Exchanges are not transferable. Please note that the hard copy item returned must be in good condition and in the original packaging to receive store credit if it is a hard copy purchase.
Sale Items: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping another product will be your responsibility.
Items Not Eligible For Return:
Any badly damaged products or products damaged by you. Sale items.
